Reporting Users (More reports = Ban)
I'd like to see a report feature, the more a person gets reported, the higher of a chance he will be reviewed for his quality of posts which could lead to being banned. I've come across many users who just spend their time insulting other users for no apparent reason. Setting them to block will not help out the rest of the community.

Inappropriate?Not a bad idea you got there. As you can imagine, dealing with things like this can be tricky. Requires some thought. I'll share this with the crew here and see what they think of it, too. There might be other ways to have a reputation system that helps deal with troublesome folks, or this could be part of a larger reputation system. Thanks!

Yes, Kate. If you already use our company tools (http://getsatisfaction.com/premium), you can remove questionable content immediately. If not, you can flag topics or replies as "Inappropriate" and we'll investigate. We try to be prompt, but it can sometimes take a bit.
