Reset password not working!
i hit on the 'forgot password' link. i get an email with a link to reset but when i type in my user name/email addy i get email with the same link.. never a temp password. HELP!

Inappropriate?Hey, so sorry to hear you are having this problem. Are you still having it? When you click on the link you are sent, I'm not sure you should have this same experience. Are you able to take a screen shot, perchance?
You can also send me an email to eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com if you like and I can manually reset your password for you, if that is preferable. In any case, I'd like to get you up and running again.
