I recommend on the home page under People are getting help in Satisfaction right now
We have companies that are corrently active, but under each company we should add a name and a link of the user who started the question, the last user unsered the OP, and the best answer user.
This will encourage user participation!

Inappropriate?hey, igor -- this is really important to us, and we plan to implement a whole lot of new user reward/reputation functionality at the beginning of next year. we're also planning to add a top-level "people" page (along with companies and products up there in the header) where we can show off the most effective participants in the various areas of the site.

Inappropriate?Lane, I still do not see a link to a user who unswered last! So right now the only way for a user to get a link from the top page is to start a discussion.
If you want users to give answers not just ask questions, you need to reward them with a link. Next answer the link will change, so you are tracking the last respondent, which is very easy to implement, being you have that data already...
I am sure Scott can do it in 5 minutes!
So if you want more members siging up to contribute to the growth of the network, please reward them!
