Roadmap for management tools?

Ok so we got gardening tools, traffic tools and guardian tools in this first drop. What can we expect from future drops? It would help me get an idea of your whole vision for these management tools.

Are analytics part of the picture? Specifically I'd like to see a chart of the mood (the faces) in all of my company's topics over time, the company rating over time, the number of unresolved topics vs the number of resolved ones over time...I'm sure you've thought of more. Oh and BTW, I'd love to have an option to make all these charts public: openness is awesomeness!

Hi Peldi,

Great question. With the caveat that we're a small start-up and roadmaps sometimes fluctuate...

Here are the things we're working on / planning now and therefore know will be out in the near future:
- Single sign-on
- Champions ("deputizing" evangelists / helpful customers)
- More widgets (will cover a wider range of situations)
- Better resolution features for topics
- Anayltics

Also thinking about / planning on:
- Private data fields
- Private messaging
- Invite employees / Invite customers
- Praise topic

And these lists don't preclude other features. I'm sure there are some things I've missed and I'm sure there are some things that will pop up.

As you see, Analytics are definitely in the plan. Thanks for your input. Perhaps you can add all your Analytics suggestions to this topic or start a new "Idea" topic.
