Satisfaction didn't like my email address!
When I created my account just now, I gave my email address, which is oren@washington.edu, and it told me that's an invalid address!
When I added a third level qualifier in the domain (u.washington.edu) it let me create the account - whassup with that?

Inappropriate?In your case, satisfaction doesn't like your email because you have made a one-time only post with it. You may have noticed in the email you received from that post that you can enable that email as a full account using the private url provided.
We'll work on making this more clear. If you would like, I can transfer your previous accounts topic into this account and remove the user, freeing up your real email.
let me know. -
Inappropriate?Ahhh....thanks!
That would be great if you could transfer my account to oren@washington.edu.
Great service!
I’m pleased with the quick response

Inappropriate?Oren,
Coming right up! It should be ready for you to use within the hour. -
Inappropriate?After reading a reply to a question I posted, I clicked on the link the person provided. However, Sandy didn't accept my email address when I was asked to log in. My email address is jchucker1@comcast.net -- the same one that Sandy uses to send me announcements, etc.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi AlFranken4Senate, I believe you meant this post for the I Want Sandy Satisfaction site. This is the customer service site for Satisfaction itself. You may want to re-post your issue as a new topic over at I Want Sandy.
