Satisfaction is in your hands, but out of your control
It's up to each of us to create and participate in the open conversations that bring us together, and sometimes tear us apart. The results will be unpredictable, but ultimately rewarding. We'll grow more passionate, more wily, maybe even a little crazy, but always engaged and open to other voices.

Inappropriate? The title line (?) is intriguing, but nice. I cannot agree with you more.
btw, is it a guideline to users or are you saying how Satisfaction will approach 'open conversations'?
I’m unsure

Inappropriate? It's both really. This is part of our Community Guidelines for all users -- whether from a company or organization or the customers who patronize them. But it stems from our approach to open conversations.
You can view the Community Guidelines as a complete set here. Or as a series of topics that can be responded to here.

I’m happy and thankful!

Inappropriate?I am coming back here after quite a while. I wd like to record my appreciation for what you are doing. Your guys are prompt, helpful and courteous (all at the same time, I must hasten to add!)
Recently I suggested your service to a friend in need of attention. She got it very quickly. Thanks for that.
I must also say that your Community Guidelines are well written with a subtle sense of humor coursing through most of it. Pl accept my kudos! -
Inappropriate?Welcome, Eric. Pl keep up the good work, which I am sure you guys will!
I’m confident
