Inappropriate?Very easy to set up. I've being looking for a low maintenance, professional looking forum for years now, and I've just found it. I can easy manage and track my products and services, and Getsatisfaction does all the hard work in the background for me. I'm migrating my old forum and customer support site as we speak!
