Satisfaction should have Service categories
Instead of just have "products" that relate to the companies in Satisfaction, you should also have "Services" -- some companies (like United) don't offer products at all. And EVERY company offers services -- even if it is just customer service and no one answers the phone :-)

Inappropriate?Actually, it's in there! When you add or edit a product, you can select "product" or "service." It's not very well-exposed on the site right now, but it is indeed present. We're planning to expose it more when we revamp our product and service pages in the next few weeks.

Inappropriate?We are also looking at using this to support our charitable trust, the idea is great and we want our community to be able to feedback into what we are doing but the customer/product terminology if that could be turned on/off or customized that would rock! Sometimes people are people... not just customers
