Inappropriate?We usually require an email verification from the domain of the site. We also gladly will take instruction from your client, so they can always let us know from an official domain, too. I'm sure we can figure it out pretty easily. In fact, I just did the teensiest bit of research, and I can see that you are affiliated. You should be set up!
