Short description about a product in it's page.
I used to browse the getsatisfaction for the active companies in home page but when I'm interested in some products mere by their name I don't find any way to get to know about the product using getstatisfication rather I've to use google.
It'll be better if there is short description about the product with link to home page in it's page.

Inappropriate?There is a short description about each company and each product on the company home page and on each product home page, but it is toward the bottom of the page. Is that what you are looking to see? Perhaps that can be made more visible. Here's an example of how it works now:
