Should Get Satisfaction should offer a Wiki ?
I feel that Get Satisfaction should offer a Wiki for things like documentation and FAQs and general information pages. Obviously one of the types of links in the wiki would be to tags.

Inappropriate? If you want to learn about what problems users are having ...
How will your company make money?
We are going to be rolling out services that allow companies to increase their engagement -- communications tools for interacting with customers, analytics tools for understanding users and the problems they're having.
being to analyze what FAQs/Wiki items they click on would be important. -
Inappropriate?hmm i wonder how it would go together with this interface.... How would you advice people to structure the wiki?
I could imagine kinda wiki syntax for posts here where i can link easy to other items ie: "Similar idea on [[Mediawiki:Offer a wiki]] " greets!
I’m excited

Inappropriate? While we currently have no plans to implement a wiki section or wikis for companies, we don't rule it out down the road if there is a lot of demand for it.

Inappropriate?I don't like this idea. I think it'd just add clutter unless really well done.
I also don't want to deal with the hassle of maintaining a get satisfaction wiki as I imagine once implemented users browsing my site will want to see this.
If someone wants to post a lot of information about their company/product wouldn't it make sense to do it on their own web site?
I’m not into seeing wikis on get satisfaction
