State of login provisioning and accounts without emails?

My company uses GetSatisfaction to facilitate user feedback and customer support for our online services. Currently, we have a sharp drop-off between people deciding to give feedback and people actually going through it, which we think is due to the necessity of signing up for yet another service.

I have tracked the discussion on the following 2 links:

My understanding is, that we can use OAuth to automatically create new user accounts in GetSatisfaction, but we have to provide email and name identity of the user to GetSatisfaction - and further, the users get to manage yet another account/password combination.

Since 7 months since the last activity on these issues, let me ask again:

* is there currently a way how to automatically create using OAuth an account that has authentication managed through our website (presumably using OpenID), while providing further user identity (name, email)?

* even better - is there currently a way how create new accounts just with an OpenID identity, without an email address?

* is there another / better way for us to implement a feedback system on top of GetSatisfaction where we do not have to disclose identity of users?

Thank you,
