Step 2) product or service choice not obligatory - please change it!
Hi Get Satisfaction team,
I just noticed that it isn't obligatory to add a product or service in step 2) in the topic creation process. But you still write: "Add at least one, please." And I think so too!
Because I'm wondering where the topics go without? I think it'll be / is a pain in the *** !
Please change this to "must be", as this is an easy step to settle, but also a step one (as me) forgets to do easily! (If I want to get a topic posted quickly - like those bug reports. ;-))

PS: I can't / won't make a screenshot of it, because of course there is no error message and you know of course how the plain product / services fields look. ;-)

Inappropriate?Not all problems or questions regard a product offering. Sometimes a problem is with the company itself, it's business practices, or even it's customers.

Inappropriate?Hm, ok, but why can't you then add the company itself? ;-)
That possibility would help cover this usage case.
Concerning the customer (or other scenarios) I see the case, but maybe, hm, couldn't you just at least ask one time (if it isn't used) before posting the topic to the public? I mean, "it is in your best interest", because it is (or should be) easier to find, shouldn't it? Especially concerning future statistics (mostly for the companies registered here) this will be an important point!
Another idea would be to make this "obligatory" optional *lol*, which means I could check a checkbox in my account settings, that I want to be asked / notified to fill in that field! :-)
Because, to be a bit provocative: If no one fills in this field, it isn't needed anyway! :P I don't want to abolish it, but just think about how many people use this option. Or rather don't use it. Or maybe you already have some statistics about this?
