Stuck in login/signup limbo due to email address being used once in a comment
So, I left some praise here ( http://getsatisfaction.com/spreedly/t... ) as Justin Knowlden using a specific email address (and before I created this account for my company). I never created an account for that email address when I posted the praise; I was only asked for email address.
However, I now cannot create an account with that email address as it says it's taken. If I ask for the password for the email address, I never get the email. I can't login because I never created an account or set a password. What gives?

Inappropriate?Sorry this is a frustration. It sounds like you do want to use the original account you created, but you haven't received a password reminder email. Is that the case? Just want to make sure I understand.
-
Inappropriate?Actually, I don't necessarily need the other account. I would like to be able to use the email address associated there with this current account. If I could "merge" that account into this one, I would be happy.
I had to create this one with the email address it has, because I could not use the other one. -
Inappropriate?I can't merge them, but I can remove one of them if you wish. Shall I remove the older one?
-
Inappropriate?Sure. Will I be able to use that email address then? Can the Praise I left be tied to this account?
-
Inappropriate?Unfortunately, no. I can set you up with one account with one email address. Please let me know which account you want me to keep. You can also reach me at eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com if that is preferable.
