Submitted Comment Response to 'Customer'
I use this support site for a church website and have been made aware that when someone submits a comment they are thanked as a customer.
Given we are not offering any sort of product, it would be great to be able to call them something else.
I have currently asked the site to reconise us as an organisation rather than a company, but this does not seem to have changed the response.
Is there any way to achieve this, or can this be an added feature.

Inappropriate?We've had similar requests. Right now, our site does use the terminology "customer" but we have considered changing it to "organization" in many different places. I'm not sure that change is imminent, but if it is, I'll get back to you and let you know. I'm not sure about when we thank customers. Are you able to give me a little more detail or provide me with that particular message? If not, I understand, but if you can that would be great.
