Did you install the Feedback Widget by generating the code from our widgets page?: http://getsatisfaction.com/widgets
It may be that our system didn't recognize you as an employee of your company when you generated the code from that widgets page. Might want to check the URL in that code and make sure the feedback is pointing to your company section. The URL should look like this:

Just after I ran this test I figured out what I had done wrong and made the necessary changes. (just needed to change the link in the URL).
The company is short.ie (http://getsatisfaction.com/shortie). I'm still waiting to have it approved (4 day wait). Actually I've a quick question about that...
If someone provides feedback to the companies page via the widget before the company has been approved, will their feedback show up on the Get Satisfaction page once the company has been given the go ahead?
