It would be very helpful if you could provide any information beyond it not working. Error messages that you saw and the like.
It is sometimes easiest to answer four questions: What did you want to accomplish? What steps did you take to accomplish this? How did expect the website to behave and how des that differ from what actually happened?
If you can give me any more information It would help me track down the bug you saw so that others don't have to encounter it.

Inappropriate?This makes me think that problems might need a different format from the other topic types, so instead of details, extended details and title, it would be "what i did", "what i expected", "what actually happened", and title.
