Timeouts happeing when trying to reply/post on GetSatisfaction.
I'm getting timeouts when trying to post or reply to issues. Are there service issues going on?

Both my colleague and I got a "oops we're having server issues" message. It seems like a brief hiccup, as it's now working. But since I've been using this for a few days, occasionally there are 'hangs' or timeouts which seem to be load related. -
Inappropriate?Thanks for the clarification. We're making a software change in the next few days that will reduce our database load (the real issue), and separately we're in the process of a data center move that will really step up our performance.
Do let me know if the process persists.
