Longer answer: We started working on some tutorial videos a bit ago but the project's been a bit back-burnered as often happens with small companies trying to accomplish loads of stuff. But we will get it done at some point!

Inappropriate?Just having the ability to post video tutorials in line along with screenshots/photos would be a huge deal.
For companies to use this as a one stop shop for tech support these features are crucial because its a lot easier to show than it is to write :-) -

Inappropriate?Oh yeah, we do screenshots all the time. You can either hand-code it or use our image uploader that is in the reply creation window. We are big fans of Skitch for screenshots.
