Twitter Follow Problem is NOT Solved, Correct where Get Satisfaction has Marked Solved

Why would Get Satisfaction think and Mark Twitter Follower Problem as Solved? It isn't until our Followers and Following are restored.

I don't think believe anyone at Get Satisfaction has marked the problem as solved. The status I see -- which would have been marked by Twitter (not us) -- is, "The company is working on this problem."

But, perhaps I am misunderstanding. Here's what I am seeing:

Well maybe get Satisfaction can over-ride that and let Twitter know about the volume of Dis-satisfaction

mike, i'm confused about what you want here -- the company is working on the problem, and has stated so on the page, but they haven't yet marked it as "solved." what do you want us to have them override?

I too am having this problem with my twitter account. the following is my correspondence concerning the inability to follow people on twitter even though I am below the 2000 person follow limit. I have not received an answer and it is discouraging communication between me and those that I would like to follow.

Another day goes by and no response from Twitter. Not a good sign for Twitter. Am I going to have to post this issue all over the web to get answers?

I haven't heard anything from Twitter. I have a lot of people that have requested that I follow them and can't. I can't even communicate with them to tell them why I am not following them. This makes a lot a people upset and helps destroy the community feeling. Please let me know what is happening to my account! Twitter is not following there own rules. This is terrible and I am very upset with Twitter. Please communicate!!!!!

This is what I DID:
I tried to follow a few people on twitter and all of a sudden, clicking on "follow" produces nothing. I am below the 2000 limit

This is what I EXPECTED to happen:
I expect to be able to to use the follow button!

This is what ACTUALLY happened:
When I click on follow, instead of the symbol indicating that I am now following a person, nothing happens even though I am below the 2000 limit.
