Unable to locate Flickr contacts.

I tried to find people on my "Contacts" page, but it brought me to a page showing "Oops, we couldn't find the page you requested!" when I try access Flickr. I gave my permission to access my profile, and it appears to have succeeded on Flickr's end before loading that page.
