Unable to signup to GetSatisfaction
I have trouble signing up at GetSatisfaction. Whenever I submit my signup form, I'm shown the following page:
"Can't get no Satisfaction!
Whoops! There’s been a server error, and it looks like something broke. Our apologies.
If you're up for it, please report this problem to us using Satisfaction. Or, in the event that we broke things so badly you can't use the site at all, email us about the problem at bugs@getsatisfaction.com. With your help, we'll patch everything up as quickly as we can."
Nothing tells me exactly what's wrong, whereas a simple refresh presents me with an illegal captcha image (duh). What seems to be the problem?

The bubble that prompts me to signup on reporting an error works fine. Weird.

Inappropriate?Sorry for this. Not sure but will do my best to help figure this out. Just to clarify: You're trying to add a company, is that correct?

Inappropriate?No. The problem occurred when I tried to sign up for the account I'm currently using (which is, I believe, a customer account). I'm sorry for the lack of detail. I'm quite new to this site. -
Inappropriate?That's okay. Sorry it's not more apparent. Sounds like you were successful at signing up. After getting that screen, you were able to log in and you're not still getting any error like this, right? Just want to make sure.

Inappropriate?I was able to signup fine when prompted with a signup page after trying to submit a problem whilst not being logged in. I had tried before on the regular signup page, which didn't work.
All's fine for me now, though. I'm not sure if it was a temporary problem but if it wasn't, people are probably being held back because they can't signup easily.
