Unable to unsubscribe

I'm getting emails from getsatisfaction that I no longer want. When I attempt to log in, I get a message saying that my password or email is incorrect. When I try the "forgot password" link, I'm told the email address is not registered - despite the fact that I'm getting emails delivered to that address. When I try to sign up using the same email address, I'm told the email address is already in use for an existing account.

I had to sign up with a new account in order to post this message.
