My dashboard shows two versions of my company in the system
When does my community support page change from being "Unoffical Support Community" to "Customer Support Community" I have added myself as an employee but there is no reference to the "team" on the top banner. Thank you!

Inappropriate?I don't see any employees listed. Were you at one time an employee? Did you receive an email with admin access information?
-
Inappropriate? We signed up to Get Satisfaction recently and I got an email "successfully claiming" the company. Is this something different?
-
Inappropriate?Well, for some reason, you're not showing up. That is very odd. I'm taking a look. You didn't accidentally remove yourself, did you? I've never seen this happen.
Take a look now and let's see if we've got it cleared up. -
Inappropriate?Boy, this is an odd one. Never seen this before. Going to have to pull in someone to help with this one.
-
Inappropriate? If we're looking at http://getsatisfaction.com/taptapworks it is working just fine now. It's showing as an official community to me. Can you confirm that you're seeing this as well?
-
Inappropriate?Yes that is working perfectly, the only weird this is that when I go to the section "Your Companies" it shows I am the Admin for two instances of TapTaoWorks (see image on above post). That is what I am trying to correct now. Thank you.
-
Inappropriate?Hey, TapTapWorks. I've been monkeying around trying to get to the bottom of this. I think I have figured out the problem. There are two instances of your company in our database with the same URL. I might need to have a developer remove one. Stay tuned.
Oh, but I think that I have fixed the problem of you belonging to two companies. Check your dashboard.
I’m getting there

Inappropriate?Eric, you were able to remove one of the TapTapWorks instances from "My Companies", but once again TapTapWorks is unofficial. Maybe it would be best to remove all the TapTapWorks instances from "My Companies" then remove the duplicate TapTapWorks company from you database and then I can add myself as an employee to the remaining company entry on your database. Just a thought.
I have no clue how all these errors appeared, I just followed the step my step process on Get Satisfaction. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I think I know the most effective way to fix this, and yes that means removing one instance, but that requires me to get a developer to intervene. I'm still working on it. Thanks for your patience.
-
Inappropriate? Thanks Eric, let me know when the problem is fixed. As of now, I still have two instances of TapTapWorks on my account and I can't edit either one of them.
Thanks!
-
Inappropriate?I put this in our bug-tracking system, and I am still trying to get you an ETA.

Inappropriate?Thank you, Scott!
