Upgraded account, but cannot find moderation tools
I upgraded my company's account on Friday night to the $99/month level, in order to gain moderation capabilities. I and other account admins, however, do not seem to have any access to the moderation tools whatsoever. Individual topics don't have any links to change their status (e.g. to bury or to remove), nor does the overall list of topics.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Jess (for Tapulous)

Inappropriate?Hi Jess,
For some reason our system has not recognized that you upgraded. I'm thinking it might be related to the fact that Tapulous used to have the $99 plan and then canceled. Can you tell me what steps you took / what you clicked from what page to upgrade?
In the meantime, I'll go ahead and turn the moderation tools on for you while we work this out. You should see them in the right column on each topic page.

Inappropriate?Hi, thanks for the quick help!
I went to Community Tools -> Admin, and then to Account Info. In there, I clicked "Change" next to current package, and choose the Manage Plan by clicking the "Upgrade Now" button underneath its description.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? Thanks for that info! It sounds like we have an issue on our end where it should have given you an option to "reactivate" rather than "upgrade". The act of "upgrading" didn't actually reactivate it. I'll manually reactivate your Manage plan account for you now.
Who should be the billing contact now? You can email me at amy [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com to answer this and discuss any additional details so we can make sure you're all set.
I’m glad you're back on board!

Inappropriate?I didn't deactivate my account previously, but am having the same issue - unable to get moderation controls.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Hi, Jason. Very sorry if there is an error. I see you as being on the Promote plan. Is the the case? Or, did you upgrade?
-
Inappropriate?Hi Jason, Are you referring to NewStreet Software? I see that this community has the "Promote" plan. This plan does not include moderation controls. It gives you tools for some light visual customization and domain aliasing. You'll find links to those features from your admin section. To be reminded of what each plan includes, you can check out the feature grid.
