User Interface idea for simplifying

Not sure if this should be an idea or a problem, so Im going with User Interface Ideas

I find it very confusing to find the information I need between the Dropdown in the upper menu (Clicking my username) and the Dashboard at getsatisfaction.com/username There are even duplicate sections (Account Settings/Account Details).

I should be able to get to the get to getsatisfaction.com/username dashboard from that drop down menu!

Very confusing for a newbie here, and I am quite technical.
