We set-up our account via Kat last week and I'm all ready to go, but waiting for FastPass to be turned on. It looks like I don't have the right privilege to visit www.getsatisfaction.com/thegroupery/f..., so assuming it's not on yet? Appreciate any help so we can test getting it integrated into our site.
