Wanted: Company-specific submission instructions.
Even though I'm not representing a company, I think it'd be a neat idea to provide the option to the companies to add special instructions to the submission page ( http://getsatisfaction.com/[company]/topics/new ). Here are some use cases:
For Mozilla's page: "Please include the version number of your copy of Firefox, and operating system. Additionally, if you submitted a crash report, visit about:crashes and include the report ID in your submission."
(This info might be asked after the user explains their problem, by another user (or employee), anyway)
For Twitter's page: "This is help for the Twitter service, and not the actual Twitter service itself."
(Too many posts on the Twitter page are for reporting bad Comcast service, and are attempts at contacting CNN folks, because they've been talking a lot about Twitter lately, and are not Twitter support discussions)

Inappropriate?Yes, I agree. I'm actually going to turn this post into an "Idea" topic if you don't mind.
You'll be happy to know that we are working on some company tools that should hopefully allow for this kind of messaging.
I’m frustrated with all the misplaced Twitter topics too. Darn that ricksanchez.
