Inappropriate?Also, just to confirm--I double-checked all my GetSatisfaction settings, looked in my spam folders, and made sure that I'm receiving email from other sources. I confirmed with another user who's using a different email system that the same is happening for him, but he's subscribing to the same company I am, so I'm not sure whether it's company-specific.

Inappropriate?Cool, thanks for the confirmation. I really rely on the emails for my management of unhandled topics, so if y'all could add in some automated monitoring to ensure future outages are shorter, that'd be the bee's knees. (For me, at least.)

Inappropriate?I am the same way. I have had to share missed topics with myself, which is very hacky. I will definitely be asking about the monitoring we do on this.
