Web page does not load when feedback widget is added
When I add the feedback widget, nothing else on page loads. Feedback widget script is added right before the closing 'head' html tag.

Inappropriate?First off, you should try and put any third party javascript (including Google Analytics and any widget calls) at the bottom of the html for just this reason. If there's some hangup it will stall at that point. Putting it at the bottom will avoid any pitfalls of rendering the page if there's a problem getting the remote code.
As for the problem you're having, I'm not sure exactly what the issue is. It could have been a temporary network issue, or something else. Hard to debug with just this information. -
Inappropriate?Hi Pixiekids,
The widget isn't compatible with a webpage that uses a frameset, sorry. You would need to embed the widget within one of your frames, but you won't be able to use it across every frame.
Sorry,
Scott

Alright, thanks for your answer. If I use it in a frame will it still be positioned in the edge of the window, or will it be in the edge of the frame? -
It will only on the edge of the frame it is embedded in, and will not break the boundaries of that frame. For the best result, I would recommend going away from the framed approach, if at all possible. -
Inappropriate?Ok, I see. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to go away from that approach, since we are using a hosted platform. And apart from the framed approach we're quite happy with it (considering the price).
Thanks for the answers to my questions!
