What are the restrictions for the FREE subscription?
Hello. Great idea, my compliments. Now, the problem: I've just wasted 2 hours going through numerous threads to find an answer to the following simple question.
QUESTION: What are the limitations for the FREE account?
I see there are various numbers of Unique Users for paid subscriptions -- does that also apply for free subscription? What else? I have seen it suggested many times here, please post the exact specs for the free subscription. Not having them there is frustrating.
Thank you.

Inappropriate? The free plan has all of the details mentioned below the chart on this page: http://getsatisfaction.com/pricing. Those are the "Core Features"
If you get to 10,000 unique customers per month, we'll ask you to upgrade to Basic.
I'll be sure and let our team know that this isn't as straightforward as it could be. I believe they may be planning on revamping some of these display details. -
Inappropriate?I'd like to make a correction to this reply, as I misunderstood our official policy. If you do happen to go over 10,000 unique customers per month, we won't make you upgrade to Basic. You can stay with the free plan. Hope this clarification helps. Basically, we plan on having a free version and I wouldn't want you to think otherwise.
So, get crazy with those customers! Invite the world!

Thank you, Eric! :) That does help, and it sounds great. -
tried setting up free account and asked to have myself verified (getsatisfaction.com/[nameofmyfreegroup]/claim_requests/new) - and there is a FAQ in the right column, including:
What happens after the 14 day trial period? We'll begin billing you at the regular price of $49 a month. Of course, you can cancel the service at any time in advance of that charge if you wish.
a bit confusing, including the fact that I can't find a $49/mo plan ;-) so when you are revamping the display perhaps this part also needs some tweaking... -
Yes, that pricing changed, but that marketing page detail didn't in a few spots. I asked the product team to make this change, and hopefully that will be done soon. -
Inappropriate?I still don't understand the difference between free and basic. Why would I ever upgrade?
-
Neither moderation tools nor Champions are included with the free version. Hope this helps. -
Inappropriate?I pretty much understood the Free account features but what I don't is whether the free account is time limited as stated by 'petskratt - What happens after the 14 day trial period?'. I am just a blogger looking for a way to get feedbacks from my reader and your product looks promising but I can't afford to buy any of the plans if the account gets expired after a time period.
-
The free version doesn't ever expire. So, no worries about that. Sorry if there's any confusion. -
Inappropriate?Thank you very much.
