What constitutes blocking someone's IP address from our community?
How does Get Satisfaction determine if they should block an IP address? If someone is not being vulgar, but is being a distraction to the community, will this qualify them to be blocked?

Inappropriate?We generally only go to that length when someone repeatedly violates our community guidelines after multiple warnings. You can read those here: http://getsatisfaction.com/community_...
We take moderation very seriously, but we also try to take a light hand and discourage outright censorship. If you see content that you feel is inappropriate, flag it and we'll take a look. I think the best solution to bad actors is having the community help police them.
