Thanks for the enthusiasm, Chris! We are opening an API soon, and providing a help center that can be customized as you need. However, we don't have password protection on any of the content and don't plan to in the short term. I hope you can still make use of it!

More specifically, though, it's a place where communities of customers come together to answer each others questions, share ideas with each other or with an organization, report and solve problems and generally talk about about what matters to them around these products or services.
When the organization or company is involved too it gives them a way to engage with their customers around the issues that matter to their customers most. Get Satisfaction provides a neutral playing ground where companies and customers can interact to everybody's benefit.

I must admit I am also bluffed by this incredible good idea of a people-powered customer service. You've got the right idea! Normal! We too are in a completely new search concept focused on Web 2.0 and people-powered usage of Internet searching. Congrats. I wish you much success!

Inappropriate?Amy...do you sell a private label version to be used behind a login on other applications? LOVE the concept here, and it might work, but it would be a great tool among our internal network of software users.

i'll like to use it for our products, but i fear italian audience would like to see an italian interface.

Inappropriate?its a run arround, i posted a prob in on a [similar]logg in type problem.thread, i was goimg to start [new] till i read [1st well try and match bit,printed at bottom of box, im now told if my [thing ]is not related to start a new like re type it all over again its hardley satisfing, cant locate to reply to eric but thanks for attention to......
to bring up to date in my mail reply from stumble upon confermation em. instruction again to click here to download tumble down into tool bar [the very problem i contacted them about] and again all i get is an endlessly turning hour glass while waiting to hit the run button when prompted waited 3qtr of hour for the prompt zilch !!! at bottom shows short cut to download transfer php internet. on e m says get the stum/upon add on for ...ie-fire fox ive clicked each neither works and its always indicated to ie even when i choose firefoxas you can imiagian im totaly feed up to the hilt short of putting all/every/ in the recycle bin i thought it was allso fab how wrong can you get.
