What is the criteria for the "common problems" list in the Highlights tab?
Are the criteria for "common problems" topics marked unresolved that are not buried? I have a topic that's been an emerging issue over the past couple days with a lot of activity. It is unresolved, and one of the most common in terms of "me too's", but doesn't show in highlights. I'd like to feature/highlight common issues that are currently in progress that lots of customers need to know about. (as opposed to dated, dead-end, one-offs that have been marked "acknowledged" or "in progress" but haven't been active for weeks) Thanks in advance for any suggestions, and for clarification on the criteria currently being used for the common problems list.

Inappropriate? You're right about the criteria for common problems. Can you show me the topic in question that you want to see highlighted?

Inappropriate?I'd also like to suggest that the search results on the Topics>Problems>Common list are restricted to those that have more than a set number of customers (like maybe 5). Right now the list is not a particularly functional/relevant/interesting slice of the data. I like "recent"...and I like that "currently working on" only includes "in progress" and not "acknowledged" (which I'm starting to use for problems that are unresolved due to no response from customer)...
