Hi,
For my website I use the Joomla! CMS and I was wondering if there you could think about developing a plugin that would be for plan Connect and higher? So, you would install it and it would become a new subdomain ( forum.my site.com) and also automatically integrate Single Sign On without the need for developers. It would just go with your already made Joomla membership system. With Joomla powering nearly 3% of the entire web there would most likely be quite a big market. So, what do you think?

We can do some polling but in terms of a requirements document, it is something that we have not contemplated so we would not have requirements defined.
You might take a look at the Wordpress plugin that we recently discontinued support for (we actually don't develop that plugin so it is still available). What it does is replace the wordpress commenting system with community replies (the post creates a topic, which then threads replies).
Company updates would be another integration opportunity as well as taking product topics and surfacing them on the appropriate product pages in a drupal site. -

Thanks and we will look thru the WordPress features.
Your current widgets that we are using in our beta site pull in topics, which we use tags to refer to each Sync App now.
(Option to limit display of topics to a particular product or a particular tag)
Fully using the product and company updates would be a good integration in Drupal for sure as you stated so we will look at that this month too.
Also when you get a chance please sign us up for your Webhook integration beta as well so we can see how we could use it for your members too.

I`d prefer WorkforceTrack.com because it can integrate with Google Apps, MS Office (including MS Project, MS Outlook, etc.) and devices such as Android, Blackberry,... On the bottom the logo of the system!

a bit giddy at the possibility
TurnTo (http://www.turntonetworks.com/) are doing some very interesting things to connect potential buyers with past purchasers. I would love to have something similar from Get Satisfaction...or an integration of the two services. I want newbie customers (future or recent) to directly ask questions of veteran users, and have those answers archived at Get Satisfaction.
Think of it this way...a much larger percentage of our loyal user base would be willing to receive an occasional question pushed to their inbox (email or social) than would be willing to volunteer as a regular "Champion" or moderator for Get Satisfaction. I'd love to see this role be integrated into the GS ecosystem somehow. -

2A basic WYSIWYG HTML Editor for topics and replies so you can easily format replies, add links, lists etc.
