What type of reporting/analytics does GetSatisfaction offer?
What kind of reporting functionality does GS provide - 1) with the enterprise plan and 2) with the self-service white label plan? e.g. volume of posts, types of posts, resolution rates, etc.
The plan descriptions mention "sentiment analysis" and "community analytics" - what does that mean?

The Basic plan does currently include some very light metrics which include total number of topics, unique visitors per month and Net Promoter Score.
We haven't released any deeper analytics or metrics features yet but do have some in private beta and will be continuing to flesh those out.
