where is the value for user defined code in the topic widget?

It doesn't seem to show up here, so I've been achieving it with "tag" instead. I'd really like to use user defined code though. How can I do this manually? (The customize tool isn't working. I entered what I get below, when I specificy a user defined code...that is in use currently...the code is "feature")
