Which plan level needed to remove topics?
What plan level do I need in order to be able to remove topics? It looks like only the Manage, Integrate and Customize plans allow this feature. I'm concerned about spammers and which product I need in order to keep this under control. Thank you.

Yes, that's right. Currently the Manage plan and up are the plans with the moderation tools that allow you to remove topics.
