White Label Customers forgotten with new release
I believe you forgot your white label customers with the release of the new version. Due to the changes, the CSS was modified which destroyed the look of our site. If we had gone live with customers, it would come across that we are unprofessional. I believe you all need a way to have white label customers be able to modify the site in a developer environment first and then release when ready. This is especially true as the site does not reflect GetSatisfaction, but the company.

Apologies, we reached out to Aldo at Cable One prior to the release. We also reviewed your customization in advance and it appeared fine. Unfortunately, it looks like something is out of whack with your CSS and we will make the fix in the next two hours for you.

Inappropriate?I am fixing it now. Not an issue as the site is not live. I just want to make sure this does not happen again in the future. Is there a way to do development before release? I can't really see if your modifications will impact the site. Thanks! -
