Why can't GetSatisfaction find itself in the search.
not getting satisfaction @getsatisfaction as their search appears borked and can't find link for help/support for itself
I have this question, too!

Inappropriate?Hi Xolotl,
Sorry to hear your initial navigation experience sucked. The problem is that we refer to ourselves as "Get Satisfaction" rather than "GetSatisfaction"; Our current search doesn't squish words properly. Luckily, we've got some outside help solving the problem for us, and I would expect these issues to go away in a week or two. Me and the other developer here will be at RailsConf next week, so best bet is that we will make these changes after we get from our working vacation :)
Thanks for pointing this out, though; It's frustrated several people now, including our Chief Community Officer, Amy.

Inappropriate? Thanks, that clears that issue up, tho I think just putting a "Help" link on the site globally would be a good addition as well. It's a bit non-intuitive to search for help on the site one is using.
Unfortunately, it actually also seems that search is not working for me at all, see: http://getsatisfaction.com/satisfacti...
I’m thankful

I agree about the link: We used to have one but it looks like it got removed. I'll see about getting it put back in. -
Inappropriate?Yes, me too! I'm another of those lazy folks that leaves out the space. It does make fuzzy search much more complicated though...which is why Google has spent so much money on fuzzy search. I'm psyched to hear that we will be able to do it soon!
I’m in love with fuzzy search
