Why can't i add myself as an employee?
can't add myself as an employee of ki work - a company that I've just registered on your site. registration worked fine, but for some reason when i search in companies, it doesn't recognise it.
if i type http://getsatisfaction.com/kiwork it seems to show it exists.
do I have to claim it before adding myself as an employee? if so, claiming process underway..
am i being a muppet? if so, apologise profusely

Basically, we don't index companies and make them available through search or the home page until one of our community managers has had the chance to ensure it isn't a spam site, and to do things like add a logo and description if the person who created it didn't. It usually happens within 30 minutes or so, but in this case we're all just waking up so we haven't yet been into work :)
To your second question: Yes, your claim has to be processed before you get to add yourself as an employee or an admin.
Don't worry about being a muppet! These questions being raised several times over the last two days means that we aren't communicating well enough.
Thanks for reporting all of this, it will definitely go into refining our experience.

Hi Eric, tx for the effort. I haven't received the email but I have a new company email that has been integrated with another so the problem may be there. I made another claim today and have tested the new email .Could you please try again with the new claim?
