Why can't i find my company?

What am I doing wrong here. I have added poetikon.no as a company, added myself as an employee, confirmed my email, and added a product (over a week ago), but when I use the form on http://getsatisfaction.com/widgets to generate my feedback widget, I get the VERY confusing message that this company doesn't exist. What's up?
