why is the layout crappy?
i really don't like it, like when i tried to go on here on my phone it tottally screwed up also they're was bugs in it and its really annoying and the person should be able to change the layout of their profile so it looks like they're own company's work so it looks better

Inappropriate?I don't know if I have a good answer to your question, except to say that we definitely designed Get Satisfaction with un-crappiness in mind. Only time will tell if we succeed in that goal, of course.

Inappropriate?Personally, I really like the GSFN design. Coming from using "typical" forum sites, it took me a short while to get my head around it, but once I realized that this really isn't a plain-old "forum," suddenly everything fell into place. Give it another chance, and try to divorce yourself from the idea that GSFN is a forum like phpBB or vBulletin.
I agree that it'd be cool if there was a mobile-optimized or iPhone version, but I'm sure that's on the list for someday. :-)
As far as integrating your corporate look-and-feel, have a look at Help Center. You can customize it to your heart's content.
