Inappropriate?Is there a way to seed the FAQs without posting them as myself? Not a huge deal, but thought it might be confusing for users to be seeing the same person both positing the question and answering in the reply.

Inappropriate?Most people do just post them as themselves but we do recommend setting up a user account that's called "Your Company Name FAQ" for asking the questions and then you can answer as yourself.
That being said, we do have plans to build a FAQ importer that would automatically apply them to that user name. It's on the product road map but not built yet. What's your company? Do you have a lot of FAQs?

Why not have FAQ's built into the GetSatisfcation GUI?
Make it so that people don't have to ask questions and then answer themselves. Question/Idea/Problem/Praise/FAQ. FAQ being only Submittable by a product's employee. -

Inappropriate?Hey, Barefoot CEO. Sorry if we have been slow to update this one, but we have decided that a FAQ importer isn't in our plans. We tried it for some companies, but we ultimately felt that it didn't really fit our model. Hope that's not too much of a disappointment.
