Widget Download Page: Javascript / AJAX Bug
There is a bug in your widget page. I am trying to get the code for one of the widgets (the first one near the top). I provide the title of the company but the page gives me an error: "We couldn't find [company name]". Even though, I know for a fact it already exists...
With no other options presented, I click 'Add it to Get satisfaction'. On the next screen then create an account and specify the same company name. Here it says: "This company already exists" and "Do you want to try another company name?". This was very frustrating - I just need to implement the widget on another site....
For the time being, is there another way to get the widget code?

Did you already claim as an employee? If you aren't signed in as an employee, you will probably have problems getting the widget code. -

That's understandable, but the widget page wouldn't even recognize the company I typed in. Also, the page did not say anything about "Be sure to sign up as an employee to this company first, etc..." If the employee status is really the issue, this type of language would have helped.
The widget has already been implemented on the sandbox site by another developer, but I need to make some adjustments to it befoer we launch. I was hoping I could download new widget with the required changes applied, etc...
Please advise. -
Inappropriate?Actually it looks like you guys have recently updated the widget page? Now, it looks like you have to first sign up for a plan to download the widget code? This is different from just a day ago...

Inappropriate?I'm sorry that this has been difficult. We supply the widget code to people who are recognized as employees for companies in our system. Also, we leave some companies out of our search if their Web sites don't appear to be up and running (or coming soon). So, you won't find it by searching on that widget page if that is the case.
We just launched a really big redesign of our site in the last 24 hours. Lots of changes. Sorry if it looks different today than it did yesterday. What I really want to do is get you set up as quickly as possible. I can email you the widget code for your company if that's easier. Would that help? -
