Your "report a problem" process doesn't work if company doesn't list a product (co. is Zannel.com)

TWO PROBLEMS:

First one: I tried to use your site to report a problem with Zannel.com, but YOUR site won't let me submit a question or problem report since there's no "product" listed in step 2 for Zannel. (I tried entering every letter of the alphabet.) This is a problem. Why do you let companies set up a page without entering any products, then require those products to be listed in order for end users to user your service?

Second one: Here's the Zannel.com problem: I tried texting "Join" from my phone to 5888, but it's not working. Several other users are having the same problem. I'm one of the organizers of an event that will be encouraging our attendees to use Zannel.com tomorrow, but I don't want to promote the process for mobile signing-up for Zannel if it doesn't work.
