Deleting Versions
Right now, we're only able to delete entire designs. I can see a couple instances where this would be useful:
1 Free account holders close to their limit could delete old designs without losing current and working ones. This lessens the workflow to some some degree.
2. In the event that you upload the wrong version to a design, this would allow you to easily rectify it. With the current functionality, you would either have to delete the entire design (and all child versions) or upload a new version on top and add "oops" in the comments of the mistakenly uploaded version. One means the loss of data and the other means loss of professionalism.
Just my two cents :D

Inappropriate? We are aware of this shortcoming and are currently in the process of correcting it.
-
Inappropriate?Might I also suggest increasing the space limit for free accounts until this feature is implemented. It actually ends up being quite limiting.
I know, I know...I should upgrade to a pro account. But, quite honestly, GSO needs to be a little bit more polished before I commit my firm to this kind of workflow change. :D

Inappropriate? These free accounts are always too restrictive! :)
We will be adding a delete function for versions soon so we will not be upgrading the limit on the free account.
I guess as you feel uncomfortable integrating GetSignOff into your workflow yet it doesn't really matter that the limit is low. -
Inappropriate?:D Hey! I took a shot. Can't blame a guy for trying.
Thanks for all of your hard work Paul. It's great to hear that this feature is coming.
And it's not really any discomfort on my part in adding GetSignOff into a workflow. We're just waiting a little bit to see the direction this goes. Once this and other features that you've mentioned will be added, get added...we'll happily upgrade.
