The email from GetSignOff is going into some clients spam folders
I have set a number of clients up in the system...Most are working great...However, a few of the clients have not received their passwords...I set a test account up and used a Yahoo! e-mail address...Turns out that the emails are going into Junk Mail or Spam folders...Any way to stop this???

Inappropriate?I would say that there is no solution to avoid this, because it don ́t depends on getsignoff - it depends more on the Mail-Service, as well on the Client ́s Spam Filter. If a Mail is coming into the spam folder just declare it once that it is no spam and all upcoming mails will going into the main inbox.

Inappropriate?We are investigating this, there may be a couple of things we can do to help this, but this will always be a potential problem. For now it would be best to advice all clients to check junk mail folders.
