What GM stamping plants are going to be closed? I have over 23 years seniority with GM and I am very concerned if I will end up loosing my job, or will have to transfer to another plant in a different state.

Why are car companies like GM and Ford starting to use biofuels as an alternative fuel when the price of food is sky-rocketing and food is becoming harder and harder to obtain all over the world? Companies should invest in and research sustainable alternative sources of fuel. According to an article in the BBC biofuels account for 15% of the rise in corn prices (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/737...). Ethanol is merely a quick-fix to the sustainability problem, not a long-term solution.
