Domain Management Interface *S*L*O*W*
GoDaddy's domain management interface is consistently slow. Every time I make a change to one of my domains (nameservers, unlocking, auth code requests...) it takes about 2 minutes per click to wait for the GoDaddy interface to react.
Example: Transferring Domains To Other Registrar Takes 10 Minutes
So, if I want to move a domain away from GoDaddy, I have to unlock it first, and then send an auth code request, which ads up to about 10 minutes PER DOMAIN. I own domains at 12 other registrars, but this is by far the worst domain management interface I've come across.
Low Quality Customer Support
Apart of that, the online customer support I received in the past was less than satisfactory - obviously "cut & paste" standard answers from people who either didn't took the time to read support requests properly, or were unable to understand them.

I am also concerned that server response is nearly the slowest in the industry. Alexa says Average Load Time for Godaddy.com
Slow (4.491 Seconds), 78% of sites are faster.
5 SECONDS response time!. People often leave a page at 10 seconds. That only leaves 5 sec for my pages to load. And most pages take 10 sec to load.
